Purchase Agreement

The purchase of the Website is subject to the terms outlined in the separate purchase agreement, which includes license, payment terms.

Refund Policy

Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Contact us with the purchase details and reason for the refund request.
  • Await confirmation that the refund request is being processed.

Issuance of Refunds

  • The refund will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website, wilful misconduct. We are liable only for the breaches of terms subjected to applicable law.

Member Account and Security

If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a username. Moreover, you are responsible for the activities that occur under your account.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Website:

  • If you violate these Terms.
  • Try to indulge in any illegal activity that could damage our system.
  • In case we find an issue with the payment terms, legal actions can be taken.

Immiflow Agent Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st September 2025
Company: Immiflow ("Company", "we", "our", "us")
Position: Independent Agent ("Agent", "you", "your")

1. Nature of Engagement
  • By registering as an Agent with Immiflow, you acknowledge and agree that this role is commission-based and contract-based.
  • You are not an employee of Immiflow. This role does not constitute full-time, part-time, or permanent employment.
  • You will not be entitled to any company benefits, insurance, paid leave, pension, or other employment-related rights.
2. Scope of Work
  • Agents are responsible for introducing Immiflow services to individuals and assisting them in signing up on the Immiflow website.
  • There are no fixed working hours or time commitments. You may operate at your own discretion, provided your activities comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • You are free to determine how, when, and where you approach potential clients, subject to compliance with company guidelines and lawful practices.
3. Commission & Payments
  • Agents earn income through commissions only.
  • Commission rates are set by Immiflow at the time of your engagement and communicated to you in writing. These may vary depending on client type or agreement.
  • Payments will be made after successful client sign-up and confirmation from the Company.
  • All commissions are subject to a 13% withholding tax, which will be deducted prior to payment.
  • No additional salary, retainer, or reimbursement (unless expressly agreed in writing) will be provided.
4. Independent Contractor Status
  • As an Agent, you act as an independent contractor.
  • You are solely responsible for:
    • Your own taxes (other than the 13% withholding applied by Immiflow)
    • Your work tools, devices, and transportation
    • Your own working methods and schedule
  • Nothing in this agreement creates a relationship of employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture between you and Immiflow.
5. Confidentiality & Conduct
  • You must keep all company information, client data, and internal communications strictly confidential.
  • Agents must act honestly, professionally, and in good faith when representing Immiflow.
  • Misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or unethical practices will result in immediate termination of your Agent status without payment of pending commissions.
6. Term & Termination
  • This agreement remains valid until terminated by either party.
  • Immiflow reserves the right to terminate your Agent status at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the Company's reputation.
  • You may terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice to Immiflow.
7. Liability
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Immiflow harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions while acting as an Agent.
  • Immiflow shall not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages you incur while performing your activities as an Agent.
8. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
